1. Name

2. Phone number & email

3. Date and time of event

4. Dessert type (cake, cupcakes, desserts)

5. How many people do you want to feed with the dessert? (Example: 2 tier cake to feed 40 people)

6. Would you like delivery and set up? 

7. Do you need a cake stand?

8. Do you need a cake topper?

9. Will you want to save your top tier for your 1 year anniversary?

10. Floral cakes: Please specify if you want fresh flowers on your cake and/or if you already have a floral vendor. 

11. State any special dietary requests.

12. Please include all picture inspiration and/or color preferences.

Wedding cake tastings! 

• Includes 3 types of flavored cakes & 3 fillings with buttercream or whipped cream frosting.

• Tastings are $25 and if you book through me it goes towards your final balance.

• Cakes are 4 inches (serves up to 8 ppl).

• Fillings measure at 1 cup each.

• Cake flavors and fillings must be chosen from my flavors list; all others are subject to an additional charge.

• Cake tastings must be requested a minimum of 7 days prior to requested date.
